Company Formation
1. Provide 3 names of the company to be registered (in order of preference) to enable us to reserve the name approved by the Registrar of Companies. (The reason for requesting three names is in the event that your first preference has a similar name to one already registered there are alternative options)
2. Provide objects of the company
3. Directors (minimum 2)
4. Shareholders (minimum 2)
5. Authorised Capital
6. Local Auditors
7. Proposed registered office of company (Our office can be used).
